Hi Family, My name is Deborah Elaine Powe (Peete). I am the daughter of Bennie Lee Peete and the granddaughter of Armitte P Boone (Grant)... I was born in Washington D.C. I am a Federal Government employee with the National Archives in College Park MD. I am the Store Operations Specialist for our online e-Commerce store and an Army Veteran. I have been in the Federal Government with my military career for a total of 36 years. I have a 32-year-old son, who has his certifications in Computers and is finishing his Bachelor's Degree in Computers.  He is married and lives in Durham N.C. He just welcomed his first child, a little girl on the 4^th of July.

 I have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems with emphasis on the Networking side from Strayer University. I also have a Master’s Degree in Business Marketing. I have one cat, a black & white one that looks like President Clinton's cat, so I named him "Socks”. I write poetry for any occasions, (weddings, inspiration, love, romance, funerals, etc). I make custom charm bracelets using genuine “Swarovski”crystals. I love to play the keyboards by ear; and like to play computer games. I will be launching a website for Veterans and their families soon. I will also be either retiring from the Federal Government or finding a different position soon.
